J’ai rencontré quelques soucis avec le premier envoi qui d’ailleurs n’est jamais arrivé, mais je les ai vite oublié car la vendeuse m’en a tout de suite renvoyé un autre. c’est une personne charmante qui réagit très vite quand on lui fait part de nos soucis et qui les résolu avec une très grande délicatesse. Beutiful poncho, love the colors, extremely well made, easier to wear than most ponchos. Also wanted this item because it was mostly polyester and easier to wash. This is an item that I will wear throughout the winter months.
